  My wife and I have just spent two lovely nights at this lovely old Inn. We were met by a really nice genuine man called Bill who is the landlord/manager. After checking us in he showed us to our room which was absolutely superb. It had obviously been tastefully decorated very recently and had beautiful long distance views over the countryside.
  The menu was excellent as was the food and served by very friendly, accommodating staff.
  A comfortable room, Delicious food, Great service and Good beer and wine, we couldn't have asked for better. The White Horse Inn deserves the 5 stars that I've rated it.

  Food was great and the Manager did everything to accommodate us despite there being 2 large groups in on the day. Very helpful, friendly and warm atmosphere - just what was required after a long day's hike!
